Who we are and what we do
Train 4 Care is a major UK assessment and care training provider within the social care sector. Our specialist team have many years' experience and we offer qualifications ranging from Level 2 to Leadership & Management for Care Services Awards; in addition we provide essential skills support and other practical learning programmes to underpin knowledge.
So if you are looking for a flexible care training provider who is able to offer workplace assessment with continuous enrolment throughout the year; able to work with organisations to help them to achieve their skills development objectives and, where appropriate, to manage their own staff assessment programmes then Train 4 Care has the one stop service.
Train 4 Care works closely with other organisations, employers, carers, and service users to ensure the best possible delivery of its care training programme. We ensure that the qualifications we deliver are appropriate to the candidates and employers needs and completed within an agreed time scale.
We do this by:
- Providing information, advice and guidance to learners and their employers Developing assessment materials in order to assess the national occupational standards
- Provide one-to-one support for each candidate to ensure they complete their qualification
- Creating a strategy that allows assessors to complete the observation and assessment of candidates that employers demand
- Completing an individual assessment plan involving the employer to ensure three way communication.
The method of delivery is different than many other care training providers in that it is assessor driven and does not disrupt the candidate from their every day duties.
With increasing legislation, monitoring and assessment of the care profession, having the right skills and qualifications is becoming a requirement. Our qualifications are designed to help you develop the knowledge and skills required and to give you nationally recognised qualifications to prove it.
